Settings

Access Settings from the user menu in the top-right corner.

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Update your name or avatar URL
  4. Click “Save Changes”

For users with password authentication:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password (twice)
  4. Click “Change Password”

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
  1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
  2. Click “Connect Google”
  3. Authorize in Google popup
  4. Account linked successfully
  1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
  2. Click “Disconnect” next to the provider
  3. Confirm disconnection

Note: You cannot unlink your last login method. Set a password first if unlinking your only OAuth provider.

  • Name - Organization display name
  • Slug - URL-friendly identifier
  • Website - Organization website
  • Plan - Current subscription plan

Contact support to change organization name or transfer ownership.

Domains organize pipelines by team or function.

  1. Go to Settings > Domains
  2. Click “New Domain”
  3. Enter name and description
  4. Choose a color
  5. Click “Create”
  1. Click the domain name
  2. Update fields
  3. Click “Save”
  1. Click the delete icon
  2. Confirm deletion

Note: Domains with pipelines cannot be deleted. Move or delete pipelines first.

The Members tab shows all organization members with:

  • Name and email
  • Role
  • Join date
  1. Click “Invite User”
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role (admin, member, or viewer)
  4. Click “Send Invite”

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept.

View and manage pending invitations:

  • See who was invited and when
  • View expiration date
  • Cancel invitations if needed
  1. Click on a member
  2. Select new role from dropdown
  3. Confirm the change

Restrictions:

  • Cannot change owner’s role
  • Admins cannot change other admins
  • Cannot assign owner role
  1. Click the remove icon next to member
  2. Confirm removal

Restrictions:

  • Cannot remove owner
  • Admins cannot remove other admins

Grant elevated permissions in specific domains:

  1. Click on a member
  2. Go to “Domain Permissions”
  3. Click “Add Override”
  4. Select domain and role
  5. Click “Add”
  1. Go to Settings > API Keys
  2. Click “New API Key”
  3. Enter a name (e.g., “CI/CD Pipeline”)
  4. Set expiration (30, 90, 180, 365 days, or never)
  5. Click “Create”
  6. Copy the key immediately - it won’t be shown again

The list shows:

  • Key name
  • Key prefix (for identification)
  • Last used date
  • Expiration date
  • Creator
  1. Click the revoke icon
  2. Confirm revocation

Revoked keys stop working immediately.

The Subscription tab shows:

  • Current plan (Free, Team, Business, Enterprise)
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Current period end date
  • Usage meters for pipelines, users, and domains

If eligible (never trialed before):

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Start Free Trial
  3. Select plan (Team or Business)
  4. Trial begins immediately (14 days)

No credit card required. Full access during trial.

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select new plan and billing cycle
  4. Complete checkout via Paddle
  5. New limits apply immediately

Click Manage Subscription to access Paddle portal:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update payment method
  • Change billing cycle
  • Cancel subscription

Monitor resource consumption:

  • Pipelines - Created pipelines vs plan limit
  • Users - Team members vs plan limit
  • Domains - Domains vs plan limit

Color indicators:

  • Green: Normal usage
  • Yellow: Approaching limit (80%+)
  • Red: At or exceeding limit

When a limit is reached:

  • Cannot create new resources of that type
  • Existing resources continue working
  • Upgrade required to add more
  1. Use strong passwords - Follow complexity requirements
  2. Enable OAuth - Link Google for passwordless login
  3. Rotate API keys - Create new keys periodically
  4. Review members - Remove inactive users
  5. Use least privilege - Assign minimum required role
  6. Monitor API key usage - Check last used dates
